ABOUT THE BUFFET: The most popular catering format thanks to its universality and more affordable price. Dishes are served buffet-style, and each guest helps themselves to what they like. There is no need to ask guests in advance what they do or do not want to eat. Our buffet menus always cover the main dietary preferences as well as the needs of guests with special diets.
FOR WHOM: Buffet catering has the advantage of a very wide choice of food and flexibility. For example, the start of dinner can be delayed because the hot food stays nice and warm and the cold dishes stay fresh.
SEASONALITY: Põhjala Catering changes its buffet menus twice a year according to the season: a summer menu featuring more garden produce, and a winter menu focusing on Christmas and the colder months.
DESIGN: We design and have custom-made the tables, textiles and decorations used to serve our buffets.
