Põhjala Catering is highly regarded in this format on the Estonian market — we have been the partner of choice for everything from 5* business lunches to 11-course gala dinners for European heads of state.
QUALITY: Dishes are plated on site, à la minute. This guarantees maximum freshness and makes it possible to use ingredients that would not withstand long preparation.
Certainly the most expensive catering format, as it requires more waiters, chefs on site to prepare and plate the food, and setting up at least a basic backstage kitchen for the catering team. The result, however, is always worth it. We serve on designer restaurant tableware and can currently plate 3 courses for up to 600 people.
