WELL: Buffet catering has the advantage of a very wide choice of food and flexibility. For example, the start of dinner can be delayed because the hot food stays nice and warm and the cold dishes stay fresh.
STEWARDSHIP: Põhjala Catering changes its buffet menus twice a year according to the season, a so-called summer menu with more garden produce and a winter menu focusing on Christmas and cold weather.
