VISUAL AND SETUP: Cooking stations are once again one of the special features of Põhjala Catering, which we launched in Estonia a few years ago. We serve hot dishes under heat lamps and cold dishes are served personally as small restaurant-style starters, which we call a la carte cold buffets. This means that the road is served on a separate table, but portioned and decorated separately. We have a very beautiful and in-house-designed equipment to create station-style takeaway menus of high culinary standards for different environments. For both cold and hot dishes.
