CANAPÉ: One-bite snacks, or canapés, are rich little flavour bombs, perfect for standing receptions, client events and product launches. Our solutions and menus broadly cover 3 types of canapés, which can also be combined

• classic gourmet canapés from our menu 0.9-1.5€+VAT/piece
• the head chef's signature canapés — unique, intricately constructed masterpieces finished on site by our chefs, approx. 1.5-3€+VAT/piece
• special menu canapés designed for a specific event (e.g. themed parties, a unique never-before-served menu, black food, brand-inspired creations) 1.5-3€+VAT/piece

DESIGN: Custom-shaped platters, dry ice effects and other special serving designs always excite and challenge us. As they say — we invented this game.

FLAVOURS: Our canapé selection is truly wide: flavour palettes from different cuisines, techniques, molecular gastronomy, depth of taste. The creation of a 5* canapé must end in a visually stunning result — but visual effect must never compromise the perfect journey of flavours. This holds for traditional tastes as well as fusion combinations of different cuisines.
