Divisible ponds

WHAT IS IT? Divisible ponds or sharing plates is a catering format where all food is served directly to the guests in shared plates.

GREATER OPPORTUNITIES: A more personalised solution than a buffet, more comfortable for the guest, no queues and visually beautiful. Please note that sharing platters require chefs on site and the quantity of food must be larger than for a buffet. Creates significantly more options compared to a buffet, as chefs can also serve dishes that can't be transported or don't stand for long periods of time when ready. It is also suitable if there is no space for a buffet in the banqueting room, but there is enough space next to the buffet for the chefs to work.
