LIPULAEV: Dinners with courses are our love. It creates enough challenges, a restaurant atmosphere and a culinary high. In the Estonian market, Põhjala Catering is highly appreciated in this format and we have partnered with our clients for 5* business lunches as well as 11-course gala dinners for European heads of state.
QUALITIES: Food is served on the spot, a la minute. This means that maximum freshness is ensured, and it is possible to use raw materials that would otherwise not withstand long preparation.
Definitely the most expensive catering format, as it requires a larger number of waiters, chefs on site to prepare and serve the food, and at least a kitchen with basic equipment at the back of the catering. However, the result is always worth it. We use colourful restaurant design utensils to serve the food. We can currently serve 3 courses for up to 600 people on a design dish.
