COOPERATION:<\/strong>\u00a0Our company's expertise and project management experience includes catering over 500 high-end weddings. We have also been invited out of Estonia for several projects.<\/p>\n

PERSONALITY:<\/strong>\u00a0We have catered for weddings in almost every format. The most common are buffet style and a la carte weddings or dinners with courses. All weddings and bridal parties are unique to us. We believe that a wedding is not a place where catering can be 'mediocre' and therefore our speciality is carefully planned catering solutions that take into account the nuances of each party and reflect the nature and wishes of the bride and groom. P\u00f5hjala Catering is a wedding caterer\u00a0haute couture<\/em>.<\/p>\n

WHERE TO START ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

When planning your wedding catering, we recommend you start by filling in our enquiry form, which will give us the initial input to prepare a sample proposal. Our menu selection is constantly changing due to seasonality and therefore we do not issue 'lists' of menus.<\/p>\n

In addition to dinner, we strongly recommend that you consider the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n

- welcome snacks on arrival<\/p>\n

- if the start of the wedding day, i.e. the gathering of guests (e.g. for the ceremony) is more than 4h before the start of dinner, guests will definitely need to eat-drink earlier. This could be a more substantial snack, the bride's favourite salad or a special dish the bride and groom ate at their first meeting. On the drinks side, water, craft lemonades, etc. can be served on arrival.<\/p>\n

- late night snacks or midnight snack. For weddings lasting until the early morning, we recommend serving a midnight snack in addition to dinner.<\/p>\n

- our buffet menus cover the main food intolerances and vegan as well as vegetarian options. However, we strongly advise you to let us know if you have any special dietary requirements.<\/p>\n

- children, let us know if there are children at the dinner and what their dietary preferences are.<\/p>\n
