Project Description
Snack menu for a short reception of 1-1.5 h. The menu is served all year on a fourchette table.

Salty snacks, fish:
  • Canapé with anchovies tapenade, Andre farm cheese and Greek nuts 25g
  • Gravlax snack with herb cream and sesame seeds 30g

Salty snacks, meat:
  • Profiterole with duck liver pâté and blackcurrant chutney 20g
  • Pork loin canapé with Coleslaw salad and sweet mustard 25g
Salty snacks, vegetarian:
  • Caponata basket with parmesan chips 20g

Sweet snacks:
  • Caramelised pear in dough 30g
