Project Description
Menu is served from November 2016 to February 2017 in buffet style
 
WARM BUFFET:  
  • Roasted pork thigh with orange glaze and red wine sauce 120 g
  • Barbecue chicken with peach marinated in chilli and ginger 120 g
  • Potato gratin 200 g
  • Roasted vegetables with thyme (carrot, beetroot, sweet potato, red onion, champignons, pepper) 100 g
  SALADS:
  • Couscous salad with vegetables 50 g
  • Rice and surimi salad 50 g
  • Traditional potato salad 50 g
  FISH DISHES:
  • Marinated octopus with aioli and arugula 30 g
  • Snack with anchovy tapenade, cheese, and nuts 35 g
  • Smoked salmon and avocado terrine 40 g
  • Blackcurrant herring with sour cream and onion 40 g
  MEAT DISHES:
  • Roast beef with carrot salad and sweet mustard 40 g
  • Moist smoked chicken terrine with cranberries 40 g
  • Profiterole with duck liver paté and red onion chutney 20 g
  • Devilled egg with chive cream 25 g
  VEGETARIAN DISHES AND SIDES:
  • Marinated garlic pickle 40 g
  • 
Mushrooms marinated in white wine 30 g
  • Selection of cheeses from Vana Andre Farm and Breti farm with jam and crackers 40 g
  • Selection of fresh black and white bread, herb butter
